Key Health is a growing, fully GP-owned network of modern medical centres across Sydney. We are seeking a motivated and well-connected GP who will work clinically in our Sydney CBD clinic while also playing a key role in helping attract, inspire, and recruit the next generation of doctors into our group.
This is a unique opportunity to combine a strong clinical base with leadership, networking, social media engagement, events, and media presence — all while practising in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

The Role
This is first and foremost a clinical GP role based in our Sydney CBD practice, with additional opportunities for the right candidate to contribute beyond consulting.
Alongside regular clinical sessions, you will have the opportunity to:
Help drive GP engagement
Represent Key Health at conferences, events, education evenings, and GP meet-ups
Assist with social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, professional content)
Help showcase clinic culture, facilities, and career pathways
Assist to engage with registrars and GPs exploring new opportunities
Act as a visible ambassador for modern, supportive general practice
Work with our team on media engagement, including opportunities for regular profiling, interviews, and professional features
Lead and host curated professional networking events at esca hospitality group venues https://www.esca.group/ e.g.

Ideal Candidate
Keen to work as a GP in a busy, well-supported CBD clinic
Warm, approachable, and confident in social settings
Passionate about general practice and mentoring
Comfortable speaking, hosting, and leading professional events
Willing to be active on social media
Interested in media engagement, thought leadership, and community-building
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in teaching, presenting, hosting events, or media engagement is highly valued but not essential.
