Dr Andleeb Shafqa

Dr Andleeb Shafqat is a dedicated and skilled medical professional with a strong passion for general practice, committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred, and holistic care. She completed her medical training in Pakistan and has been practising in Australia since 2020.
Dr Shafqat began her Australian medical career serving rural communities, where she gained valuable experience managing complex patient needs. She values the unique opportunities rural practice offers, including the ability to take on diverse clinical roles and provide truly community-focused care.
She provides care across all areas of general practice, with a particular interest in mental health. Her special interests also include women’s health, child health, chronic disease management, workplace injuries, and preventive care.
Dr Shafqat is fluent in both English and Urdu, allowing her to effectively communicate with and support a diverse patient population.
Outside of work, she enjoys socialising and spending quality time with her family.
