Registered Psychologist | Clinical Psychology Registrar
Vanessa is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who works with children, adolescents and adults. She values creating a non-judgemental and collaborative space where individuals feel heard, understood and supported. Guided by trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming principles, she tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths and goals.
Vanessa takes an authentic and inclusive approach, making time to understand each individual’s perspectives, circumstances and hopes for therapy. Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic strategies, she helps clients develop a clearer understanding of themselves and the challenges they face, while building practical skills for everyday life. She supports clients to explore their experiences with curiosity, make meaningful changes and find ways to move forward when they feel stuck.
